Le 23 Septembre, le groupe de mélodic death metal Allegaeon sortira son quatrième Album studio, « Proponent For Sentience », via Metal Blade Records.

Produit par Dave Otero (Cattle Decapitation), « Proponent For Sentience » est un album concept musicalement complexe, intelligent, et envoutantt et il  peut légitimement s’asseoir à côté des vrais grands pros du milieu Metal. Avec un cercle lyrique ancré dans la science-fiction et avec une approche encore mal assurée sur la réalité du présent, il montre les musiciens d’Allegaeon, natifs de Fort Collins dans le Colorado,  plus ambitieux et plus matures, repoussant les limites encore plus loin que sur leurs trois premiers albums, acclamés par la critique.
